JMXTest.zip holds a simple test application to demonstrate the bug and the fix.
It uses an .xdt that is modified to included a <depends> tag inside the <mbean>
tag.
1) Unzip to the directory of your choice
2) Change directory to <unzip dir>/JMXTest
3) Run "ant -Dxdoclet.basedir=/path/to/unpatched/xdoclet/lib"
4) The resulting /src/META-INF/jboss-service.xml will not have the <depends> tag
After applying my patch:
1) Run "ant -Dxdoclet.basedir=/path/to/patched/xdoclet/lib"
2) The resulting /src/META-INF/jboss-service.xml *will* have the <depends> tag

Description:
The <jbossxmlservicetemplate/> subtask of <jmxdoclet> is ignoring the
templateFile & templateUrl attributes. The execute method of
xdoclet.modules.jboss.jmx.JBossXmlServiceTemplateSubTask is always setting
templateUrl to getClass().getResource(DEFAULT_TEMPLATE_FILE).
