On minor comment on your patch; the preferred form for tag names is e.g.
tagName="ejb.resource-ref" rather than "ejb:resource-ref". Either form works,
but the ones with colons involve extra processing when checking for them.

Jboss 4.0.1 does not support the message-destination-ref. As the ejb doclet
already supports this, this should be added for the jboss doclet
