Description:
If your assign permission on @ejb.create-method level, xDoclet create
two <method-permission> blocks for local and remote intefaces ignoring whether
the bean actually have them. As a result - deploying exception if bean has only
loacl or remote intefaces.
There are no such problem for other interface methods.
