Renamad the pk instance variable to primaryKey. So only one cmp-field name
("primaryKey") is reserved when using value-objects

Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: XDT-480
Summary: if ejb contains a property called "pk", valueobject will fail
Type: Bug
Status: Closed
Priority: Major
Resolution: FIXED
Original Estimate: 0 minutes
Time Spent: Unknown
Remaining: 0 minutes
Project: XDoclet
Components:
EJB Module
Fix Fors:
1.3
Versions:
1.2 Beta 2
Assignee: xdoclet-devel (Use for new issues)
Reporter: Ramon Casha

Description:
If an EJB contains a property called "pk", the valueobject will contain two
variables with the same name. This can be fixed by renaming the
internally-generated "pk" (in valueobject.xdt) into something less likely to be
used by the EJBs.
