Isn't it a zip file from which I can get the latest built jars? I thought so. I
tried unzipping the file and it gave errors. I don't know how to get the latest
release from CVS containing resolution of fixes.

All I have is xdoclet 1.2.3, and I am not able to get your new jar from CVS,
e.g. containing fix for XDT-1406 ?
xdoclet-cvs.zip is not working.
