jdodoclet and destinationFile attribute
---------------------------------------
Key: XDT-1605
URL: http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/xdoclet/browse/XDT-1605
Project: XDoclet
Type: Improvement
Components: JDO Module
Versions: 1.2.3
Environment: W2K, JDK5, Ant 1.6.5
Reporter: André Fügenschuh
Assigned to: xdoclet-devel (Use for new issues)
Priority: Minor
Using the jdodoclet task like the following:
<jdodoclet jdoSpec="2.0"
...>
<fileset .../>
<jdometadata project="${ant.project.name}"
generation="package"
destinationFile="package.jdo"/>
</jdodoclet>
I expected files named "package.jdo" within the package folder. Instead,
following the jdo1 spec, files named "[subPackageName].jdo" in parent package
directory will be generated. Specifying attribute "destinationFile" has no
impact.
See: http://www.jpox.org/docs/1_1/metadata.html for details.
Any chance to improve jdo output location and naming? (Maybe not that complete,
as the spec denotes)
Workaround: an Ant copy-task with regexmapper.
