I asked the same question a couple of days/weeks ago; If you check the ml's
archives, someone already asked the same.

Someone made a proposal for a new tag to handle this, and someone said you
can name your filter so that they're ordered the way you want... (I don't
really like that idea + it doesn't seem to work anyway, tried it yesterday,
but maybe i was too tired to actually think of the right alphabetical order
:D)

Anyway, since plugins are being rewritten for xdoclet2, maybe this is the
right time to talk about it ;)

I might want to work on this, if it's not already taken care of.
