If you mean the transaction-type attribute, you do it on the ejbCreate
method for create and ... hmm, dunno about remove.

  /**
   * Creates a new fully-detailed Address.
   *
   * @ejb.create-method
-> * @ejb.transaction type="Mandatory"
   */
  public Integer ejbCreate ( Integer userId , AddressDTO dto )
  throws CreateException, UserNotFoundException
  {
    ...
    return null;
  }

Since the remove method is only on the home (not the bean), I don't know
if it has the same interceptor for transactional awareness. I assume it
must somewhere, and possibly just declaring it in ejb-jar.xml will do
the trick, but I haven't investigated it.
