Okay ..

I've got the demo app generating the mapping files, no exceptions etc.

My original problem with my build file silently not appearing to work (albeit an oversight on my part), still remains. But at least I've confirmed its something lacking in my build file.

Having washed out a day messing around with my build file, I decided to try and build the Hibernate Example on http://www.meagle.com:8080..

Thinking that the reason for my build file not working could be due to an error of my part, finding an example and building seemed a cunning move. And it sort of was at least it throws an error!!

So I changed the relevant properties and fired up the hibernate target.

<toward the top of the error>
SEVERE: Could not find tag handler for prefix: 'XDtCollection'
[hibernatedoclet] Nov 22, 2003 10:19:16 PM xdoclet.template.TemplateEngine invokeMethod
[hibernatedoclet] SEVERE: Error occured at/around line 132, offending template tag: XDtCollection:create
[hibernatedoclet] xdoclet.template.TemplateException: Could not find tag handler for prefix: 'XDtCollection'
</toward the top of the error>

I'm running xdoclet 1.2b4 the version bundled with OSX10.3, I added the hibernate module to the xdoclet lib directory as this isn't included with the dist. I've been using xdoclet in action and the relevant online resources as references (i.e. I am and continuing to RTFM (just anticipating)).

Has anyone had any similar problems? Hopefully this is related to my build file not working.

Cheers Mark
