Guys & Girls (still hoping an actual girl would be on this newsgroup),

I use the ejbdoclet task to generate my ejb artifacts.

It’s all fine and dandy.... EXCEPT!

My ejb-jar.xml file contains the following line: <display-name>Generated by XDoclet</display-name>

And i want to be able to change “Generated by Xdoclet” to RpslServiceBean.

But how? I’ve already set the following tags for my class:

* @ejb.bean name="RpslService" type="Stateless"

*                 display-name="RpslServiceBean"

*                 description="RPSL Service provisioning."

*           jndi-name="ejb/com/rpsl/service/ejb/RpslServiceHome"

*           impl-class-name="com.rpsl.service.ejb.RpslServiceBean"

And here’s the fragment it generates:

<ejb-jar id="ejb-jar_1">

No Description.

   <display-name>Generated by XDoclet</display-name>

   <enterprise-beans>

      <session id="Session_RpslService">

RPSL Service provisioning.

         <display-name>RpslServiceBean</display-name>

... more stuff here

Now notice the presence of the two display-names. This is not a copy-paste mistake. But I somehow need to manipulate the first name in order for my automatic webpsphere deployment script to function.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Robin Wierenga
