Some developers ( inclusive me ) moved on to develop XD2, some stayed with XD1. I'm using it for over 1.5 years in production. Check http://xdoclet.codehaus.org/ but it is really just plugins you shallbe looking at. XDoclet2 itself is pretty stable and was not changed for a long time.
