Well, it's mentioned in the Tools docs on the XDoclet site (http://xdoclet.sourceforge.net/xdoclet/tools.html), but that seems to be about it. As it says there, it's part of xjavadoc rather than XDoclet itself, but there's not much by way of documentation on the xjavadoc site either.
