Hi,

My reading of the license is that you don't have to.

"For the purposes of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of, the Work and Derivative Works thereof."

but that does seems strange to me. Anyone else no more about this than me? For absolute confirmation you can ask at [EMAIL PROTECTED] (make sure to check the archives first!).

Cheers,

Gareth

We have developed a application which uses Xerces.
Our application doesn't include Xerces DLL.
And it includes only header files to call Xerces DLL.
Do we have to add "License.txt" to our application for included files?

We will provide only our application to our customer.
And we let our customer download Xerces.
So, we believe we doesn't redistribute Xerces.
