Hi, I'm having a hard time trying to start the X environment in my PC. I
have an Athlon XP 2000+ processor and an ECS (EliteGroup) K7VMM
motherboard with a S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR video card. After giving up
Linux Red Hat 8.0 (RH8.0) I installed RH7.2 but all I got is a black
screen with a prompt. I downloaded Tim Roberts' driver for the video card
(http://www.probo.com/timr/savage40.html) but nothing changed.
Can you guys help me? I have attatched the XFree86.0.log file. Thanks in
