mmmm, It looks like you have misdefined the frequencies of your monitor, for what i have readen, you should define better your monitor's frequencies. If you are using Debian, you should do: dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86 and a wizard will help you configuring X

Por el error parece que el problema está en las frecuencias de refresco del monitor; que no las has definido bien, y las resoluciones que has pedido están fuera de rango con esas resoluciones.
