Dear Fred, Are you sure port 25 is blocked for outbound?
Maybe I've got it wrong, but how does your e-mail client send it's mails to the rest of the world? Which smtp-server do you use in Outlook or whatever you use? Maybe you can use it as a mail-forwarder (smarthost)?
