If the driver tracks the contents of scratch pixmaps, it needs to be
informed when they are finalized. I previously suggested adding a
miModifyPixmapHeader() call to FreeScratchPixmapHeader() so that the
driver can notice that the data pointer changed. This is the
alternative approach of simply not caching the last pixmap and so
avoiding the complication in the first place.
