Hi, i try to catch all mouse button events with XGrabButton and ButtonPressMask| ButtonReleaseMask on the root window. Then an XAllowEvents with ReplayPointer so that the event reaches the underlying window.
This works, but I get only ButtonPress events but not ButtonRelease events... What am I doing wrong? Is it even possible?
