I have a GNU/Linux distro based on Ubuntu, runing on a PC with multiple SVGA ports (3 at the time, but maybe more in time). What I need is to configure XServer so that I can have multiple terminals (a terminal being a display, a keyboard and a mouse) using the system as independent users... I believe this was one of the original X Windows System goals, but I am not sure on how to achieve this. Any thougts??
There's at least one HOWTO out there for doing this. Traditionally Xorg runs on tty7, server:0. Configuring servers :0 :1 :2 ... :N in xorg.conf is how you get more.
