Has anyone looked into any bugs WRT VT switch lockups on any Radeon hardware with XFree86 4.2.0? It seems to be a fairly popular bug report in IRC, mailing lists, etc.
Seems to occur on Radeon VE, Radeon 64DDR, 7500, 8500, and the mobilities at least. Just wondering how widespread the problem is with XFree86 4.2.0, what kernels people are using while having the problem, and if it goes away with older kernels, etc. Seems to be distro independant.
