Not for this FireGL board however. ATI's binary drivers for FireGL are for the R200 hardware, specifically the FireGL 8700 and 8800, but also work with the 8500 to some degree of success. The RV200 boards are not supported by their drivers at all, at least to my knowledge. The FireGL 7800 is named FireGL, but it is basically a Radeon Mobility M7 with a different PCI ID, clocked higher. It is similar to a Radeon 7500 for all intents and purposes. I'm still interested in hearing if any Red Hat Linux 7.3 users with the FireGL 7800 have 3D working out of the box. 2D is reported to work fine. -- Mike A.
