You have a malformed xml document:
The line
<xupdate:update element name=\"project\">
is incorrect as the "element" attribute is illegal.
I presume you mean: <xupdate:element name=\"project\">.

<xupdate:update element name=\"project\">
<xupdate:attribute

can someone tell me if this query is formed right? if not, what's the right
query? i am always getting this error, try what i may:
