More info on Hotel booking...

I guess I should have provided more info in my mail I sent to this list yesterday. So 
here it is:

Ann Barcomb sent an email (which can also be found on her Perlmonks node at 
http://www.perlmonks.org/index.pl?node_id=6415 ) with information on Hotels and a 
campground in Amsterdam. 

I have found only one Hotel that wanted to agree on a group discount, which is the AC 
Hotel. I should note that even with this discount, this is not the cheapest hotel 
around. The Bastion Hotel is the cheapest in Amsterdam as far as I know. Both hotels 
have 3 stars, but you can expect a little more comfort from the AC hotel I guess.

I made the following arrangement with them: The AC Hotel keeps 80 rooms in a 
reservation for August 1 until August 5. This reservation is kept untill July 1st. 
They want to know before that date if we're using their offer. We can only use the 
offer when we can fill at least 100 nights (ie 25 people for 4 nights).

The discounted prices they offered us are the following:

Single room:    Fl. 202,50 (incl breakfast)
Double room:    Fl. 245,00 (incl breakfast)
Business room:  Fl. 222,50 (incl breakfast, single use)
Executive Room: Fl. 247,50 (incl breakfast, single use)

Business and executive rooms have a modemconnection and minibar.Prices include citytax 
and 6% VAT.

There are a few different ways to do the bookings. I can do the bookings for everyone, 
but there is a big disadvantage for that. The hotel wants a creditcard guarantee. If 
they don't have creditcard-details for a booked room and people don't show up between 
14:00 and 16:00 at the day of the reservation, the rooms will be made available for 
others. So if you want to arrive after 16:00, you'd have to give me creditcard 
details...

The other option is that you do the booking yourself, so you'll have to provide 
creditcard information yourself directly to the AC Hotel (or you don't, so rooms will 
be held only untill 16:00), naming a special contractnumber I have.

So, if you would want to use this discount-offer, mail me AGAIN please. If the same 
people who already said they were interested do still want to use this offer, we 
almost have enough nights filled. Info I need BEFORE 1st of July is:

Name, Roomtype, day of arrival, number of nights, and if you want to book yourself yes 
or no.
