SyncTogether is officially not compatible with Leopard (see http://www.markspace.com/leopard.html) and as far as I can tell, its future seems uncertain. I haven't tried to use it myself under Leopard. I don't know of any other options (besides .Mac) for syncing, and I hope that SyncTogether will be updated for Leopard. I'm not counting on it though.
