When I last dealt with Yojimbo sync issues, the bottom line seemed to be that Apple hadn't intended sync services to deal with the type and volume of data that Yojimbo can throw at it (the best example being the sync conflict dialog's uselessness (best case) or infinite beachball hang (typical case) when trying to present a resolution dialog for a large chunk of binary data).
Now that Yojimbo 1.5 and Leopard are both here, can someone from BB give an update on the situation? Has Apple beefed up sync services so that it can handle Yojimbo-type loads? Is there anything BB can do or is doing to be gentler to sync services? What's the future look like for pushing big binary blobs through .Mac sync? -John -- ------------------------------------------------------------------ This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list <yojimbo-talk@barebones.com>.
