Thus you should be able to set it up as a shared printer attached to the 6100. Then attach the 6100 to the Airport (used as a router and switch in this case). Set the 360 up as a shared printer. Install the 360 printer drivers on the other machines and they should see the printer when you open the chooser and select the 360 printer icon.
Cheap and easy, easier than trying to track down a LocalTalk to ethernet converter box. I lucked into a couple of AsanteTalk boxes some time ago, and they seem to work well, however.
