However, If you follow that tread to the end (see links at the bottom), the original poster did get a LocalTalk laser, I read the little printer to work with Tiger.
HMMM may have missed that, also could be the hour I went to the end

The AstaneTalk bridge (BTW that is all it is called) can be connected to either your Ethernet hub (or switch) with a standard cable or directly to another computer with a crossover cable. I don't know if it works connected directly to the router you are using for you DSL. And I don't know if it works with
Tiger.

The Apple announcement we will no longer support your good working items, suggested hooking it up to a computer that supports Apple Talk, so maybe back to the 360 goes in the 6100 and the 6100 goes on the the hub But how would the 61 hold the fonts and spacing unless the printer shares but then 8.6 on the 6100 has to print from pismos and iBooks. I am getting that blank stare of

I'm sure you really wanted to hear that. ;).
I bet you did....
I will do this.
Oh ya you just made my night.... but you DID find me a neat place to store a online list I keep up and for free, so it was worth the late h hour and worth looking into. That's a big help to me.

You could also try posting this dilemma of getting a LocalTalk printer
working on your wireless LAN with Tiger to the G-List. I think there was a similar discussion a week or so back but I do not remember the exact subject title. There are many on that list who should know the definitive answer for your
situation.
Nahhh you guys are more fun and mellow over here, if you do not have a engineering degree or say something is wrong with an apple part they put the T of death on you.} As my Pismo keeps getting older it seems to more orienyrd towards the nwere ones. No really that's a pretty good list, I will do a search for the thread

Oh, and there is an alternative LocalTalk bridge called the Proxim's iPrint LT. I have no experience with it. And there may be other LocalTalk hardware
bridges as well.
Yes I have a guy who has it but just needs weigh it and it's on the way, One Day this will all be worth something...I keep telling my wife as she steps over the powerbooks.

Good luck, --glen
OH ya got the life boat and whistle, you will hear it
Thanks for the heads up and that storage page, what a hit.
