Yes, how lucky you are to live in a country which charges reasonable prices for vinyl. This is no criticism to most record shop owners in England (who already work on a small enough profit margin) but I reckon I'm spending an average of £7.50 (over $10) on a record.

to add to the misery, when I do get them, the cheap shitty vinyl used by the NSC these days is always warped in transit...for people who are supposed to care about pressings they sure don't invest in good materials.
