I don't know your experiences, but mine are rather different (although
based only on many nights clubbing in London, which I realise may not be
representative of the UK as a whole): the UK has a frequency and variety
of quality clubnights for house and techno that is unmatched.

No offence to Motor, I've had some really great times there, but clubs
like The End and Blue Note (sadly RIP) are at least as good as, if not
better.

I hope you're sitting comfortably in your armchair, thinking about this
idealised world, because reality is quite different...
(do a websearch on Stephen Lawrence or Amadou Diallo and then see if you
still stand by that statement)
