i am certain that you are wrong. i very much enjoy listening to early
techno records. infact most of my collection is pre 95. when i shop for
records i stop at the used section first. that seems to be where i find all
my gems. the only new record i have bought since feb. has been Rolando's
Revenge of the Jaguar...i am constantly spinning old records for people.
when ever i spin i throw in Juan's "Ocean to Ocean" and Jeff Mill's
"Changes of Life" and Derrick May's "the Beginning" as old as these tracks
are no one seems to get sick of them. my only problem is finding reocrds
that are pre 1990. I am not old enough to know who did what before then,
and it is really really hard to find records that old in good condition.
but still, my point is, people listen and enjoy.
