The reposting of TP's knowledge about the origins of "Jack's House" reminded me that I have yet another element of this history. In the early 1990s (there's no date on the release), ZYX (US) released a remix called "This Is My House" by The Italian Ecstasy (ZYX 6632). I bought this years ago for $2, and it's one of my favorite bits of cheeze, with pretty good Italo remixes by Alex-Marco Adry and a classic JFK sample where he says, "Now we must take longer strides" in that long-ago voice. Just about all of "Jack's House" is sampled throughout as well.
