I don't think its a UR sublabel. In fact I think the album came out before UR records even started. Most of the tunes sound kinda too unsophisticated to have been done after any of the UR records releases. A couple of the tracks are hard Chicago Acid style tracks and then there are cuts with Naughty Nikki, M.C LO and Sleepy D doing vocals. Don't know who they are though. Rob Hood and R.Gibson designed the cover art and the whole album is credited to Jeff Mills and Mike Banks. At a guess I would put it at 1989.
