I still contend there's no real factual basis for anyone to propagate this notion ov a "brain drain" from CAN to the south. Where's the evidence? It's like saying something to the effect that all techno talent would immediately move from ______ to NYC becuase the infrastructure supports a large and diverse musical base. While it does happen, the amount is actually minute and not worth the attention it recieves...
