about totally "different" dj sets: when a dj gets to be more than a record player, similarities in his sets point to a theme, leitmotiv, something more than bull shit...someone tries to say something and often certain-- words,--lets say , come up to help him express himself.... playing a totally different dj set every time is great too, but there is something to b said for knowing your rec's well, as many an originator proves time in time out :this is my humble f'in opinion
