I've listened to both tracks (still haven't heard "Phreak" yet though). The Josh Wink track has some similarities, but doesn't sound totally like it Dan's track, but it's got the same "feel". Not defending Josh or anything, but there are 2 tracks on Stewart Walker's "Stoic" EP (Matrix) that are closer in feel (and sound) to Dan's track (IMHO) than this.
