Just had a listen to Wink's track and it is a pretty straight rip-off of Phreak. Its kind of a shame that Dan spent so much of his letter going into the history between himself and Josh Wink and drawing strained parallels between other tracks because, is this new case, he's definitely got a strong point which could have stood on its own.
