The last two years, I enjoyed The Sweetwater Cafe and Loco Bar & Grill (454 E Lafayette Blvd - TexMex). I couldn't find an address for Sweetwater, but I'm fairly certain they're still there, and in the vicinity of Hart Plaza. Good wraps!
Or, you can always find something if you wander up to Greek Town. The vegetarian options in the food court @ Hart Plaza are severely lacking...
