Whilst we're on the subject, I'd like to ask something which I wouldn't waste bc's time with in an interview, but which I'd love to know:
How come/why was 'Cyrus' quite different (discrete) from all of the other output? True it has a dubby, hypnotic flavor also, but it is more akin to Scan 7 than Studio 1. Plus - the title, 'Cyrus;' historically, a benevolent, progressive patriarch. Could it be an obvious tribute to a Detroit figure?
