The guy who runs that website also runs this other website: http://boomselection.net/ He is of the school of thought mentioned earlier, in fact he thinks all music should be free for everyone. There are several interviews/essays in the archives discussing this in detail, but I haven't had the time to find them. He has lots of intriguing things to say about sampling and the music industry, so check it out. I will try and post the relevant URL when I get the chance.
