minto: missed out on the new neroli...anyone hear it? also there was a new Legowelt on Stilleben I didn't get to hear also. And something else I can't remember that escapes me now.
the nubian mindz track on basic laws 2 is dope, to me it sounds like an early 90's deep house/techno track. the other track is nice too, but the nubian mindz tune is the one. legowelt on stilleben... i sort of liked it, but after listening to it 3 or 4 times at the store, i decided not to buy it. maybe it's me, but i think danny's tracks are starting to sound too much alike. maybe it's because he uses the same sounds [that don't get used by many others, and are therefore instantly recognizable as 'legowelt'] for various tracks. this one [to me] sounds like his earlier release on stilleben -> 'word to the bird' [that i díd buy.] [maybe it will work the other way round with that polarius project, didn't buy the creme, but intrigued by the samples on the downlow site.]
