I agree about the Vestex being a excellent quality mixer HOWEVER its more geared toward performance and is not that well suited for the home. For one thing, no booth or record outputs and no pre-mix feature either. If you can live without those, thts the way to go. Otherwise, Pioneer DJM-300,500,600 or the 9000 (the pimpest of the pimp IMHO). The new Rane (forget the model, the new blue one) looks tight and alot more DJ friendly. Rane has excellent quality and sound but some of their mixers are laid out in a not so conventional manner and not very DJ friendly (not to mention they are expensive).
