That's true, there's a lot of re-issuing and a lot of old artists popping back onto the scene, so it's a good time for techno nostalgia! But I'd much prefer to see a similar amount of excitement being caused by new artists, new music and new approaches to techno music. I feel kind of guilty whenever I pass over new records in the shop and end up leaving with a bag full of represses and oldies, so always make an effort to pick up new stuff as well as old.
I hope the techno scene doesn't become completely fixated with the past, even though the recent spate of repressed classics is undeniably a good thing!
