Mate, not this or any other time! You're talking about physics. It's simply not possible to have the same sound on a 5-track 12" side as it is on a one-track 10" side. I mean, just look at the things side-by-side - they are physically very different. It's like expecting a guitar the size of your arm to sound like a Strat. My opinion is that I really like single-piece LPs, and they are a rare thing these days. You lose amplitude (volume), but you gain a nice 'item'. Worth it, for me.
