Mate, not this or any other time! You're talking about physics. It's simply
not possible to have the same sound on a 5-track 12" side as it is on a
one-track 10" side. I mean, just look at the things side-by-side - they are physically very different. It's like expecting a guitar the size of your arm
to sound like a Strat.

Just knit picking here, but these pressings have 4 tracks per side. I knew it wouldn't be the same as my normal pressings I buy (1-2 a side) but i was hoping that 4 tracks, each off a 10" to one 12" would not depreciate too much beyond what I was used to, but it did. I can only thank the laws of physics for that. What's with mother nature and all her stupid laws anyway.

My opinion is that I really like single-piece LPs, and they are a rare thing
these days. You lose amplitude (volume), but you gain a nice 'item'.

My biggest disappointment was when I found out they were pressing 8 tracks on one record. It so happens I'm missing every release on the LP. If it was a double Ip could have used that to complete my collection in two foul swoops. my pov! I have seen a lot of hip hop single LPs around though if that fits your bag

Worth
it, for me. The 10"s are still being pressed, so what's the problem?

I never see them around here, does anybody know who in the midwest USA stocks these records on the regular?Seems like everyones got the LPs but the 10"s are scare.

Best,

Andrew

PS. Happy birthday.
