Not a chance. Unless you have Flavor Flav muttering 'all rights reserved, bwoy' all through the track, any digital watermark would be rinsed out by converting to analog and back again. Or going through a low pass filter or a compressor. That's been the essential problem with digital rights management with digital music files -- if you can play it, you can remove the copy protection.
