no kidding. there are such things as killer gospel house tracks... it's just that nobody plays them. I wonder, Kent, is he dropping anything by Romanthony, the stuff like the Testify releleases on Black Male are sooooo thumpin. It was like a KDJ sound before KDJ, in a way...

so first time i see TP is at the feeling moody after party at Movement this year. slightly cynical about the whole gospel thing (i'm no christian but possess a spirituality) TP proceeded to tear the place apart (there was us english kids and a bunch of japanese heads at the front with the stupidest grins on our faces). the finest bit of djing i've _ever_ seen. gospel, inspirational who cares what he calls it, the guy deserves massive amounts of respect.
