I hear that. To be fair to Gramaphone (i think i was moaning about this earlier in the thread), they have improved the listening experience by providing about 4 more turntables (total of like 8 now?), and now have needles attached to all tone arms, so you don't have to give them a drivers licence to 'check out' a needle from some employee you can never find, (only to get it mixed up with someone else's ID and then need to sort all that out just to get your own ID back).
