Couldn't agree more. I felt it was rather poor choice of words no matter what the intent was. Unless, of course, the intent was to anger loads of people. This should not be swept under the carpet - if you're writing to make yourself understood on a message board/email list then the very words you choose are the most important factor to consider. Anyone who has used email for any amount of time should know that (especially on the 313 list). It was a careless posting. MEK
