This is an absolutely mind-blowing track, released on a Swiss label called Bruchstuecke which is distributed by Kompakt. It's got a real subtle growling buildup reminiscent of Random XS or something like that but without straying into full-on minimal acid rave territory, topped off with some wonderfully understated clicky goodness over the mayhem. The two cuts on the flip are solid as well. Bruchstuecke the label is definitely worth checking out also - Luciano has had a few releases on there that are really good, and quite diverse (a few pop songs from him as well!) and their recent long-player, 'Music for Children' is worth at least two listens. Good stuff. >>> Ales Hieng - Zergon <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 8/11/2004 2:38:10 am >>> >hi there >would someone be willing to look up and cite the record that richie >hawtin selected as this year's best track in the dj mag top 100 >longlist? >the only thing i remember is that it was from an artist with a name >impossible to remember;) thanks Mario Galoppierende Zuversicht - 'Linguini Al Denta'
