Hi Alex!
1) ron hardy - ron's edits vol.2 [ ron's edits 002 ]
-> infamous edits
3) ron hardy - ron's edits vol.1 [ ron's edits 001 ]
-> legendary ron hardy edits
I know you're aware of this. These two records are COPIES of Ron Hardy
edits. I have them both and agree that they are EXCELLENT.
I am aware of this, Alex.
However, you're saying in one post the three chairs lp is all looped up
and
not that good, and these tracks are looped to f**k!!!!
Alex, don't you see there is much more action going on in the edit of "let
no man put asunder", than in, for instance, "blackbone waltz" on the three
chairs lp. Don't you hear that? I would not say the "let no man put asunder"
is a loop. There is a lot of variation in it. The track is a sequence of
loops, wich is a different thing. It's amazing, really.
Come on... I like most of theo's stuff, but he can be hit or mis. And this
is a mis IMHO. There is just too little variation in it.
I actually have nothing against loops. But if you loop it, it better be
good. Example: Grain! He can loop a loop properly. ;)
not digging no Morgan Geist shiz this year? You got that new Kerri
Chandler? Erm, gawd, theres been ALOT of good house this year IMO. No
Kenny
Dixon stuff taking your fancy? What about M&G? And... I could go on....
I really don't dig the new KDJ tracks. Don't you think that the early KDJ's
are much better? Of course you do, Alex. I´m sure.
Cheers,
Maarten
